How will my customers receive their tickets for my event?

When you are in the process of setting up/creating a new event or updating an existing event in Outix, you will have the option of specifying what ticket delivery methods you want made available for your patrons.

Outix currently have three Delivery Method Options.

  • Hard Copy Delivered (Regular Post) - Tickets purchased through the website will be mailed out to the customer via registered post at an additional charge of $6.95
  • In App (OutApp) - Ticket made instantly available for customers who have linked their online Outix account with the OutApp application for smart phones at no extra cost.
  • Print At Home (PDF ticket emailed) - This option allows customers to print their purchased tickets off at home as soft-copies.
